I got married on Saturday and had booked Michelle Lawson as the entertainment. All i can say is WOW !!!!!! wow wow wow !!!!! Michelle played for us at our wedding on June 4th, 2017. We knew she was an exceptional vocalist from her demos, but having her perform right in front of you is the only way to really experience her talent, passion and star quality. We've been to so many weddings where the dance floor was empty, but with Michelle powering through her versatile set list, it was hard for anyone to tear themselves away. She brings her own spin to every track, her vocals are overwhelmingly exciting and her performance is mesmerising. To top that all off, she's a complete professional and an absolute sweetheart. We're already thinking of another excuse to get to experience Michelle. We just can't get enough!

Michelle was Very Very Well Received - great vocal and great replacement at short notice with a great variety of music from Dusty, Cilla, Aretha. Dance floor got going. Very versatile with her set and went with the crowd on the fly with Emily. Definitely have her back for a Late & lively weekend.

Treuddyn is a small village in North Wales and normally the second weekend in July plays host to the village carnival, however this year a village close by had already chosen the 9th of July so the committee decided to host an evening of music instead and after a personal recommendation Michelle Lawson was booked to perform a Soul Diva Night. One of the great things about booking Michelle was the fact that she also brings along a disco and her own PA. What a Coup it turned out to be for our little village, Michelle was nothing short of magnificent, she performed two sets for us with the disco in between. She took the time before the show to consult with us so that we got the best night possible. In her first set she performed a mix of older and more up to date songs. The performance of Adele’s Hello was incredible and had all of us in the audience in total awe of her superb voice. The second set consisted of songs by Soul Divas and had everyone on the dance floor which along with the disco after continued until the end of the night. Listening to people talking after the show everyone was in agreement that it was the best night we’ve ever had in the village hall, and was without out doubt fantastic value for money. I can’t wait for us to get Michelle back again and when we do I would like to hear her perform some of her own music because she is an unbelievable singer in her own right. We had a great Valentines Night yesterday which everyone enjoyed. This was due mainly to Michelle, a true professional with a great voice who had the dance floor busy all evening. This is the second time my wife and I have seen Michelle and thoroughly enjoyed both occasions.

We booked Michelle well over a year in advance after looking up wedding entertainment in the northwest area. We wanted a singer to set the atmosphere and to get our guests in the party mood. From start to finish Michelle was amazing. I spoke with her prior to the wedding and she was very friendly and helpful. Aside from my first dance, I trusted in her experience and let her choose the songs to sing during her set. I simply wanted a mixture of songs that would cater for our guests of all ages. She sang our first dance song, Ed Sheeran – Thinking out Loud and sang it beautifully. I was so happy to see that many of our coupled guests had been moved enough to get up and join us to dance for the second half of the song. From then on Michelle’s performance continued to be amazing. She really got our guests in the party mood and they were up dancing all night. She knew the songs that were the crowd pleasers. So many of my guests, on the night and since, have commented to say how brilliant she was and how amazing her voice was. For me, it was the best night and everything I had hoped for when imagining my wedding. I just wanted everyone in the party spirit and they certainly were. Thank you Michelle for making my wedding reception everything we had wished for!

We had such a wonderful surprise finding out our wedding singer was even more amazing than we heard on her audio clips. Music is such a huge part of any wedding and Michelle is indeed the complete package. Dear Garston Entertainments. Please allow me to pay tribute to the Amazing Michelle Lawson, who we booked for our event on Sunday in Liverpool. From the moment Michelle arrived at our event we knew we were about to have a great show. We didn't see Ms Lawson at first we saw her sound engineer begin to install her very professional looking sound and lighting equipment. Once on stage she commanded our rather lively, if not loud (and perhaps slightly tipsy) audience. The audience lapped up her stunning big ballad opener as she went into numbers from Jessy Jay to even Michael buble. Within 10 minutes of being on stage the audience were on the dance floor in their droves. I made the decision to hire Michelle to sing at my wedding last month, after literally weeks of searching the web, reviewing recommendations & going backwards and forwards with various bands and singers. I chose Michelle in the end, because she had a real powerhouse of a voice, that I thought would be just right to get the party started at the reception. The decision was well stewed over!! Michelle put on what I can only describe as an awesome performance. Her Voice was absolutely incredible, and really lifted the reception into party mode. She sang for us , and covered all of the songs we wanted, as well as a few little requests on the night. I could not be any happier with Michelle’s performance. Having been to 3 weddings this year, I can comfortably say that Michelle’s performance set my wedding aside from everyone else’s, without a doubt. The dance floor was quite honestly busy from start to finish, a rarity in my experience & we had more comments from guests on Michelle’s performance than anything else – which I was delighted with ( as this was my only responsibility in preparation for the wedding). Without a shadow of a doubt, I would highly recommend Michelle for any kind of event, she is AMAZING!
