Since 1978, we've been connecting clients with exceptional live entertainment, ensuring memorable events with our friendly and professional service.

2. Our Role

We primarily operate as an Employment Agency, representing talented artistes and facilitating bookings between you (the "Client") and the Artiste. In these instances, the performance contract is directly between you and the Artiste.

Occasionally, we may act as an Employment Business, where we contract directly with you to provide the Artiste's services. If this applies to your booking, we'll clearly inform you in the booking documentation.

3. Booking Process

To book an Artiste:

  1. Confirmation: We'll send you a Booking Contract detailing the event specifics.
  2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 20% + VAT of the total fee) is required to secure the booking.
  3. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due as specified in your Booking Contract.

We accept payments via:

  • Cheque
  • BACS
  • Most major credit or debit cards

4. Cancellations

4.1 If You Need to Cancel

We understand that plans can change. Cancellation terms, including any fees, are outlined in your Booking Contract. Please review them carefully.

4.2 If the Artiste Cancels

  • We'll request appropriate evidence from the Artiste (e.g., a medical certificate).
  • We'll strive to offer a suitable replacement of similar quality.
  • If you choose not to accept the replacement, we'll refund 50% of your deposit. The remaining 50% covers our administrative costs.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Venue Requirements:
    • Provide a safe and appropriate performance space.
    • Ensure the venue has necessary facilities, such as power supply and staging.
    • Confirm any noise restrictions or curfews with the venue.
  • Performance Conditions:
    • Allow adequate time for the Artiste to set up and dismantle equipment.
    • Provide secure changing areas for the Artiste, if required.
    • Offer refreshments to the Artiste during the event, as appropriate.
  • Licenses and Permissions:
    • Ensure all necessary licenses and permissions are in place for live entertainment.
    • Confirm any specific venue requirements or restrictions and communicate them to us and the Artiste in advance.

6. Liability

While we aim for perfection, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of the Artiste.
  • Indirect losses, such as loss of enjoyment or opportunity.
  • Situations beyond our control (see "Force Majeure" below).

Artistes are expected to have their own Public Liability Insurance and ensure their equipment is safe and PAT tested.

7. Copyright & Media

All promotional material, images, videos, and sound recordings provided by Artistes remain the property of the respective Artiste or copyright holder. Clients may not record, photograph, or distribute any Artiste's performance without prior written consent.

  2. Verification: We will request appropriate evidence from the Artiste, such as a medical certificate or breakdown report, within 7 days.

  4. Replacement Options: Leveraging our extensive network, we'll strive to offer a suitable replacement of similar style and quality.
