In our 42 year history, we have never known anything like the challenges facing the Entertainment Industry for our Clients & Artistes and we would firstly like to reassure you that the Garston Team is here to help in any way we can.
The COVID 19 pandemic is affecting many businesses currently and at Garston we are adapting to the rapidly changing situation and implementing different procedures, working practices and strategies to help maintain our high levels of customer service to our artistes and clients throughout this difficult period.
If you event or booking cannot go ahead due to COVID 19, we are recommending to clients to postpone, transfer or rearrange their booking as opposed to cancellation. This can help avoid unnecessary cancellation fees and will help support our many artistes who will be suffering from serious financial hardship due to the impact of loss of bookings.
Our primary focus is to try to minimize the disruption this situation is causing for clients and artistes. We are currently working our way through the most immediate bookings affected. We will of course monitor and adapt to government advice daily as we move forward.
What happens if my booking is affected by the COVID 19 Situation?
Please email the entertainment co-ordinator who you liaised with for your booking. Your Entertainment Co-ordinator will discuss all the options available to you including postponing, re-arranging or transferring your booking to another date.
Does my Wedding or Event Insurance cover COVID 19?
Please check the terms of any policy bought independently, this may help recover some of your costs.
My booking is due to take place from May onwards
At the time of writing we would recommend waiting for official government advice before making any decision regarding your booking. If you do wish to discuss the options for your booking, please contact your Entertainment Co-ordinator by email.
As new information becomes available, we will update our Bookings advice and try to help all of our clients and artistes wherever possible.
