Sam has been writing and performing his own material across the South West for over a decade. He has also played countless weddings, events and fundraisers where he has played sets of covers from across the decades and spanning a number of genres. He specialises in 90s-00s material, which led him to create a side project with some fellow musicians called the 90s Acoustic Mixtape. He always likes to arrange more unique covers where possible, or cover things acoustically that were originally something quite different. He considers himself great with crowd interaction and takes time to create a rapport with an audience.
He has had his original material played on BBC Introducing in the West a number of times, including times where he has also featured in live sessions and interviews. He has also been on local TV playing live. He has played a number of prominent slots at local festivals across the South West, including Bristol Harbour Festival and the Royal Bath & West Show. He has created and performed shows for the Bath Fringe Festival for a number of years and also played at the BBC 6Music Fringe Festival in Bristol.
