Kevin Keegan OBE is one of the biggest succes stories and admired names in UK football. His career as a proffesional footballer and manager has spanned over 40 years.
Before retiring as a professional player in 1984, was a star player in teams such as Scunthorpe United, Liverpool, Southampton, Newcastle United and England. As well as winning many titles, in the England team he was capped 63 times and scored 21 goals.
Eight years after he retired as a player, Kevin Keegan went on to manage Newcastle United from 1992-1995 where the team won promotions to First Division Champions and came second in the 1995-1996 Premier League after leading most of the football season. In 1999 he took charge of the England team and then went on to manage Manchester City until 2008.
