In todays modern world where people have short attention spans, Monty can keep customers in the venue and attract passers-by to 'come in and sit down'. He always has people laughing and is ready to play the fool as well as sing his heart out. He has embraced technology to help his presentation by using bluetooth devices so he doesn't have to constantly visit his mixing desk and can concentrate on entertaining the audience. We have no problem putting him into new places which we have had to do this year due to the illness of other established artists.
