9 piece band covering music with soul & groove
The Ministry are a 9 piece soul band who give a high energy show at every moment of our set.
Lead singer Paul , will not rest until the audience are on their feet dancing the night away and having a great time. His powerful soulful voice is backed up by Debbie & Lyndsay who produce vocal harmonies with angelic purity. By contrast, their lead on songs within in the bands repertoire gives a unique dynamic to satisfy all tastes.
The 3 vocalists are supported by a tight back line and a powerful horn section, to supplement the big soul sound.
This band has had 12 years together and you can tell. The classic Stax and Motown sounds are supplemented by modern day grooves from such artists as Amy Winehouse, Aloe Blacc, Paulo Nutini and Imelda May.
Their flexibility ensures we can fit into any event, whether it be party, wedding, corporate, festival or holiday venue. All this and still maintain their soul roots and identity.

The Ministry were recommended to us and we were not disappointed. From the first contact they very professional and always got back to me quickly and made things very easy – they even dealt directly with the venue to ensure that they had everything they needed to support the set up. The level of professionalism from the entire band was excellent. They are one of the best bands I have ever seen and the chosen play list was excellent and pitched just right for the group. The lead singer Paul and his supporting ladies were some of the best vocals I have heard. Energetic performances and a great supporting band. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending this very talented bunch of musicians.
