Growing up on the east coast of Scotland, Glenn was surrounded and influenced by music from an early age. Glenn's first paying 'gig' aged 16, went surprisingly well.
"I remember being so nervous but believing that the music would carry me through. These were the
greatest songs ever written, why wouldn't people like them? They did. Phew."

Glenn left Scotland wanting to learn as much as he could about the theatre and performing. He won a
scholarship to the Guildford School of Acting graduating with an honours degree from The University of
Surrey when he was 22, when he moved to glittering lights of 'the big smoke' - London.

By then Glenn had performed with The Len Philips Big Band, The Mike Richards Big Band, performed for
The Duke and Duchess of Wessex at Hampton Court Palace and then went on to play Frank Sinatra in The
Rat Pack in Dublin.

Over the next few years Glenn had performed all over the world as a jazz soloist, at many jazz festivals
notably The Alexis in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, worked in Italy with Lino Patruno, (Frank Sinatra's Guitarist),
worked with Shirley Bassie's pianist at The 606 Club, London.

Glenn was fortunate to be asked to perform the role of Chet Baker as part of the London Jazz Festival at The 606 Jazz Club in Chelsea, where; The Guardian described his as an "amazing young talent.",
Timeout-London described him as "The UK's finest swing singer",
and being asked back to perform as a soloist The 606 Club, Chelsea said he was "Unmissable!"

He went on to perform with SMA's 'The Rat Pack's Back' and 'Oh James!'. Supporting Billy Ocean, The
Papini Sisters and Jamie Cullum and Grammy Award Winner, Judy Carmichael. He was the guest artist at the PPI Music and Radio Awards in Dublin and appeared regularly on the radio show The Tracks Of My
Years.

Recently Glenn was asked to perform on UK television, ITV1's The Alan Titchmarsh Show, gaining acclaim from award winning opera singer Russell Watson,
"Wow! Like a recording, pitch perfect!"

Glenn is looking forward to the year ahead as he continues to work harder, gaining more experience and
growing as a swing and jazz vocalist in his own right. Determined in in his quest of performing the greatest
songs in the world, being able to keep this timeless music alive in the hearts of a younger generation.
