“We were after something a bit different to accompany the canapés and reception drinks at our wedding. The Heebie Jeebies provided beautiful acoustic music that so many people commented on. We wanted to add a touch of class to the day so they mixed in a bunch of jazz standards, the likes of Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Nina Simone etc. Absolutely wonderful, I’d certainly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect wedding band.”
“Having a 60th birthday is quite scary but having a surprise party thrown at you is even worse. What sort of band could the organisers book: one that plays old person’ memory tracks (what about the younger guests) or one that plays all up to the minute stuff (what about the old fogies)? Well the choice was brilliant. The Heebie Jeebies judged the audience and played the perfect mix of old stuff, new stuff and their own compositions and played them all so well that the “birthday boy” was a bit overlooked as all of the guests were spellbound by the music! It was a brilliant night for everyone and the band were the major part in making it such a success. I’ve seen them a couple times since and they have been just as good on each occasion, always gauging the audience and playing the right mix perfectly!”
“The Heebie Jeebies were absolutely fantastic at our wedding. Having our first dance accompanied by a live band made one of the best parts of our whole day. They were very accommodating to our requests and the music was just the right mix of styles and tempos to get everyone up on the dance floor. Everyone commented on how good they were. We would definitely recommend them to make your wedding extra special!”
“The Heebie Jeebies played our wedding, and had everybody dancing for the entire evening. As well as being excellent musicians, they have a wide and brilliant taste in music, guaranteeing something for everyone. They just couldn’t have been better or more professional, and really were the icing on the cake of a very special day.”
